Yes. Available options include point-to-point journeys, return bookings and hourly/disposal
service. Hourly bookings currently have a minimum booking duration of 2 hours.
The booking flow shows the applicable fare together with selected add-ons and applicable
surcharges before payment. Final pricing depends on the selected service, ride and journey details.
Yes. Singapore bookings with usage between 0000hrs and 0559hrs are subject to an additional SGD 30.
Yes. Applicable Singapore Public Holiday bookings are subject to an additional SGD 30.
For a return booking, each journey date is assessed separately.
Yes. JRJ provides private Changi Airport arrival and departure transfers with several ride
categories for different passenger and luggage requirements.
Yes. Meet & Greet is available as an add-on during booking. The current add-on charge is SGD 20.
Yes. Current standard cross-border routes include Johor Bahru, Malacca and Kuala Lumpur.

Yes. Extra Stop is available as an add-on, and customised itineraries can also be discussed
with the JRJ team before travel.
Current categories are Luxury 4 Ride, Luxury 5 Ride, Luxury 7 Ride, Luxury 13 Ride Coach,
Luxury 23 Ride Coach and Luxury 44 Ride Coach. Vehicle models shown on the website are
representative and may vary by availability.
Enter your passenger and luggage count during booking. Current listed capacity is up to
1 luggage for Luxury 4 Ride, 2 for Luxury 5 Ride, 6 for Luxury 7 Ride and 8 for Luxury 13 Ride Coach.
Larger coaches use flexible luggage capacity.
Yes. Baby Seat is currently SGD 20 and Booster Seat is SGD 25 as booking add-ons, subject to availability.
Pet Transport can be selected as an add-on during booking. The current charge is SGD 25.
If you have a special requirement, contact JRJ before travel.
Current options include Stripe online payment, PayNow and direct bank transfer.
Yes. A 5% online payment fee is added when Stripe is selected.
No. PayNow payments are manually verified by the JRJ team. Keep your booking reference when
contacting us about payment.
No. Direct bank transfer is manually verified by JRJ. Your booking reference helps our team
match the payment to the correct booking.
